I have always loved taking photographs. It started out with the love of Nature Photography at the age of 6 years old. It wasn't until I had my daughter and had a bad experience at a "cookie cutter" studio, did I find myself on a new path. Taking photographs of my own daughter is where I find my true calling. I started out slow with family and friends. I found myself enjoying this more and more and it also got easier. In 2015 as I was finally hitting my stride I lost everything. My home burned down and I found myself starting all over again. I never gave up.
Covid-19 hit and my business came to a stop, once more. During this time, I looked at everything and reevaluated what was my real passion. I realized that taking photographs of families did bring me a lot of joy, on top of how they began, through Marriage.
As much as I love taking photographs of families, I have found that I lost the passion after a while. I ended up taking a break from Photography all together in 2022, focusing on my health and family. During this break I found my passion when a dear friend of mine wanted me to shoot her destination wedding. It was at that moment did I find my passion again. I have been slowly growing my business behind the scenes and figuring out what I want what I don't want. I may be starting from square one, in a way, but by no means have I lost my sense of ability and creative eye. I love what I do and I would be honored to share my creative eye with you.
As a photographer, I'm very talkative and I love getting to know my clients, because I find that talking not only relaxes you, but also brings out the BEST you and not the person that you think you have to be during a shoot.
